Purpose of the rental is Apartment Povljana located at Ulica Stjepana Radića 100, Povljana, 23249, Island of Pag.

The subject of the rental will be used exclusively for short-term recreational stays.

Booking, Reservation, and Payments:

The owner will provide the guest with space for renting the apartment based on the booking/reservation of the selected apartment made through the booking form on the website or via email communication.

The person making the reservation must be over 18 years old and responsible for the obligations of all other participants.

Reservation of the apartment is binding and confirmed upon receipt of payment and receipt of an informational email about the reservation.

Delayed payments may be subject to additional fees or penalties aimed at covering the costs associated with payment processing.

The default currency for payment is EUR. If payment is made in another currency, the conversion will be based on the current exchange rate and may be subject to bank fees for currency conversion.

The maximum number of guests in the apartment is 10 people (6 beds + 4 extra beds).

Cancellation Policy:

The guest has the right to cancel the reservation of the apartment at any time before the planned arrival date. Cancellation of the reservation must be made in writing to the email address michalzd@mizoreal.com and inform the owner as soon as possible.

In case of cancellation of the reservation more than 60 days before the planned arrival date, the payment will be refunded in full to the guest's bank account.

In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 60 days and more than 30 days before the planned arrival date, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price.

If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before the planned arrival date, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price.

Payment Terms:

Payment for rent can be made by bank transfer or online payment card.

The reservation becomes valid upon receipt of the full payment to the owner's account.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in to the apartment is possible from 16:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival. It is advisable to contact the owner regarding the exact arrival time and any late arrival.

Check-out from the apartment must be done no later than 10:00 on the day of departure.

Late check-out may be possible by agreement with the owner and may be subject to additional charges.

Responsibility and Insurance:

Guests are fully responsible for any damages to the property of the apartment caused during their stay. The owner reserves the right to request compensation for all damages.

It is recommended that guests have valid travel insurance covering all risk situations, including injuries, losses, or unexpected termination of the stay.

Guest Obligations:

Guests are obliged to comply with all house rules, including house rules and quiet hours, usually from 23:00 to 6:00.

Guests are prohibited from organizing loud events, parties, or other disruptive events in the apartment that could disturb other guests or neighbors.

Guests are required to inform the owner of any problems or damage in the apartment immediately upon discovery.

Property Protection:

The owner of the apartment is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal property during their stay.

Guests are required to lock the doors and close the windows of the apartment when leaving, even for a short time.

Smoking and Pets Prohibition:

The apartment is a non-smoking area. Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. If guests smoke, they must comply with the designated smoking laws in outdoor areas.

If guests plan to bring a pet, they must first agree with the apartment owner and comply with any fees or rules regarding pets.

Loss of Apartment Keys:

Guests are responsible for the loss of apartment keys. In the event of lost keys, a fee will be charged for their replacement and any services required to unlock the apartment.

Changes in Conditions:

The owner reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes will be effective from the moment of publication on the website or at another appropriate place.
